How To Wear: Belt & Buckle

How are belt buckles worn?

Official belt buckles, one of the most recognizable types, are in the form of a frame. The buckle is usually made of metal and is attached to the belt by a strap. The strap is usually passed through a hole in the buckle and then through the belt loops on the other side. The buckle is then tightened by pulling on the strap. Belt buckles are most commonly worn on the left side of the belt.

Belt buckles come in a variety of styles, including round buckles, square buckles, and D-shaped buckles. They can also be embellished with designs, such as circles, stars, or stripes. Belt buckles are typically made of metal, but they can also be made of other.

The Rules of the Belt common Mistakes in Wearing Men’s Belts

Belt buckles, buttons, and other fasteners are an essential part of any man’s wardrobe. But like with any other piece of clothing, there are a few things you need to know in order to make sure you’re properly wearing your belt.

There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to belt sizing and fastening:

  • Your belt should fit snugly but not too tightly. Wearing a belt too tightly can cause discomfort and even pain.
  • Belt style does not match clothing style. A belt should be fastened at the buckle, not the hole in the belt.
  • Fastening the belt at the hole can loosen the belt over time, leading to its eventual failure. It’s important to keep the belt clean.
  • Dirt, oil, and other contaminants can cause the belt to loosen and eventually fail.
  • Make sure the belt is properly aligned when fastening it. Aligning the belt evenly along the entire length of the buckle will help it to maintain its shape and prevent it from wearing out prematurely.

The color does not match the shoes

The belt is a perfect match for the shoes, but it’s not really my style. The color should always go with your outfit and if you’re going to wear black leather then at least make sure they are paired together well!
A cognac leather strap tied around some classic all-white sneakers would be much more appealing than this olive drab green number hanging off of my waist because as we know from before: matches makes everything better (and who doesn’t love matching?).
